Our charges are split into seasons:

Low Season:

£847 per week (£966 inc tax)

£121 per day (£138 inc tax)

Mid Season:

£924 per week (£1,053 inc tax)

£132 per day (£150 inc tax)

High Season:

£994 per week (£1,133 inc tax)

£142 per day (£162 inc tax)

1st July 2026 to 31st August 2026 Mid Season

1st September 2026 to 18th December 2026: Low Season

19th December 2026 to 3rd January 2027: High Season

4th January to 19th March 2027: Low Season

20th March to 4th April 2027: High Season

5th April to 30th June 2027: Low Season

1st July to 31st August 2027: Mid Season

Dates further into 2027 and 2028 follow a similar and predictable pattern

Other Charges

Cleaning charge:

£150 per stay (no tax)

Hot tub:

£150 per week (no tax)

£21 per day (no tax)

Pool Heat

(Advisable and recommended October 1st to April 30th:)

£190 per week (no tax)

£27 per day (no tax)

Damage Waiver

(covering accidental damage up to £750:)

£50 per stay
