Daily Rates:

For stays of less than a week a cleaning charge of £40 / $67 will apply

Pool Heating: £100 / $175 per week.

Hydrotherapy Spa: £65 / $114 per week.

High Speed Broadband Computer: £15 / 26 per week

No tax is applicable to pool heat, spa or computer costs

Deposit

A booking deposit of £150 (approx $250) will secure your chosen week (N.B. This is non - refundable in the result of cancellation)

Breakages / Damage Deposit:

In addition to the cost of your stay, a damages deposit of £150 (approx $250) will be taken. This will be returned within 28 days of your departure from the house, assuming that no problems have occurred.

Credit Cards:

	We now accept major credit cards through Paypal’s secure online payment system. If you would like to pay with credit card, we need to add a 2% admin charge to the transaction (less than we actually pay.)
	If you would like to pay by credit card, please indicate on the booking form and we will invoice you, by email initially for the deposit, and then for the final balance. Please note that use of email is essential for credit card use.
	Paypal will email you the invoice and will give you the methods of secure online payment which, in turn, they pass on to us.
	We respect that many clients will prefer to pay via this system, which is why we have “met half way” on the costs of credit card transactions.
	Paypal is the payment system used by Ebay and is totally secure and recognised worldwide.
	You may have additional bonuses to paying for your holiday by credit card, which could include certain insurances that you credit card holder may provide.

At no point are details of your credit card passed to us.
